Are all the scissors the same brand, if so what brand or if not what are the brands, please.

They are a variety of different brands, most of which are EK success. The others I'm not really sure there is no name on them. I can assure you that they all work well, and are barely used. I bought them some time ago with the intention of using them but never really had the time.
