Perfect for summer to wear alone or over a bathing suit! 100% Cotton. This has never been worn & in excellent condition! This really is a very cute skirt! Pictures don't do it any justice!

The skirt is 14.5" from the waist. The best way to tell if it's going to be too short on you is to measure yourself. It wasn't too short on me, but I'm 5'3".
