This phone is being sold "AS-IS". Needs new screen.

This auction is for a 16 GB iPhone 4s with Sprint. As far as I know, the phone is perfectly functional apart from the missing screen. It vibrates and makes a noise when charged up. It has some scratches on the back glass. This would be a perfect phone for those who know how to do repairs or can get the screen installed by someone. Also, once you do get the new screen, you will have to restore the phone by putting it into recovery mode, since there's a passcode which I do not know.

You need a Listia Verified address to bid on this auction. If you cannot provide your address within 7 days, this item will be relisted, as stated by Listia rules.

The phone will be shipped by USPS with a tracking number, within a few business days. Shipping is free in the U.S.!

I'm not sure, but you don't have to worry about activation lock since it doesn't have iOS 7.

Only iOS 7 has activation lock, which means that you will be able to restore this phone regardless of whether it has an iCloud account.

This phone doesn't have any SIM slot. So, you can use it with CDMA carriers such as Sprint or Verizon. :)

GIN means Get It Now, which means you can get an item instantly for a fixed price. However, once a bid has been placed on an auction that doesn't have GIN, the seller can't put GIN. In addition, you must have the Seller's Wings badge. Hope this helps :)
