No hun they are not real. I also break out very bad because of the nickel in different jewelry. I can look and see if maybe I have a sterling necklace and I know I have some sterling hooks to replace the dangle ones, but wont be able to do anything with the posts.

:) aww thank you! That would be awesome! the posts are ok my girls would prob use them:) .. I usually never take my ones i have in out lol..I think in 14 yrs,i have removed them only for xrays or something like that lol... and to clean of course.
