Semi rigid.It is softer than the sleeves I usually use,it can bend but it has the grade on it so I don't want to switch it.Already a fan.Hope that helps

Not a bug.They go on Amazon for between 7.99-9.99$ but those are not officially graded.In non circulated condition they would be worth more.I got these in a big lot I bought.Not sure what the original buyer paid.
