The listing, 1920-1930's ART DECO HAT/STICK/PIN? PIN SCREWS APART. SILVERTON COLOR has ended.

This is a hat pin/stick pin like not anything like I have ever seen. I don't remember my mom or grandmother ever wearing this. (or great aunt) It was in their jewelry but I don't remember ever seeing it before. It took me a while to even figure out how to get apart.
It is 5 inches long when it is screwed together. I believe if you put it in clothing it would ruin the piece. I believe there are several stones missing, there are several that appear to be missing but under 10x power lens it looks like they are there but slightly yellowed. There are no marking.
Any questions please feel free to ask, but I am not sure I can answer much on this piece except I know it is old.

!Thanks. I fanned you. I was pretty sure when I looked at it of the dates, but it took about 45 minutes to figure out how to take it apart. Didn't want to clean it because I thought I might ruin the integrity of the piece. Hope I was right.
