Lol no its not I eat it raw all the time. Obviously not the leaves you dont eat them But the stalk is very edible

Pink / red lines through green stalks. Similer to strawberry rhubarb but maybe not as sweet an not as red :)

Raw rhubarb is wonderful! I remember as a kid sitting in the patch with a cup of sugar, cutting stalks and dipping them in sugar and just munching away! I grow iot now and while the leaves can be poisonous, the stalk is delicious! F & B!!!!!!
