Straight talk samsung galaxy centura phone with charger. I upgraded so I don't need this one. I used it for about seven months but the phone is still in great shape. If you have any questions just ask. The phone is not unlocked.

It is unlocked so you should be able to take it to t-mobile and have them switch it over.but I can't say for sure.
