Yes you are dealing with a smoke free home!! I have had the doll for a few years but keep in mind being that the doll is over 60 years old I can not say with 100% certainty that it has never been exposed to smoke.
Rest assured I do not smell anything on the doll but I do know some people are very sensitive to some things like that. Thanks for the question!
