Costume Silver in color with beautiful light blue/greenish glass stone with 3 darker blue rhinestones on each side.. size 10..... Purchased at a Antique shop here in Glendale Arizona many years ago...

It's hard to see in the picture so can u tell me if it's gold over silver or just silver. It looks to be tarnished from pictures or is it silverplated. Have u tested the stones as to what they are? Thanks
