Most people want to know what the tracking number is so they can track it. When you click the "sent it" button on Listia, it asks if you want to add a tracking number. Just type it in and it will inform the winner that you've sent it and it'll show the tracking number.

No, they usually give you a receipt or something like that after you pay for the shipping and stuff. That's how my post office does it at least. Lol.

Most sprint phones with a SIM card can be unlocked. No SIM card means sprint only. My friend is a manager at a sprint store and I'm getting ready to list my s3 so I had to know.

What is with people wanting things for placing bids on free Items that they are getting for free. If anything Cdizzle91, you should send a 10.00 gift card to beth to thank her for giving u her phone. None of that matters, I have 124K, I'll think I'll buy it, and I already have a friend who unlocks codes as a side job, he works for sprint so I'm covered.

Great Auction, Watching and fanned.
By the way, you know you won't get the points people bid on this until they receive it and confirm with Listia that the transaction was completed, then you get your points. Just a heads for, most new people don't know that.

Just cause there is no sim slot doesn't mean u cant use it on straight talk . Go to the straighttalk site an put the imei in. They give codes out now for cdma phones. All canbe flashed..
May 30th, 2014 at 8:26:45 AM PDT by
Original
Also to the person saying straight talk can only take AT&T phones is VERY wrong.. You can carry over At&t, T-mobil and several other phones that are CDMA.. If your phone doesnt have a Sim slot, its possible its still compatable with Straight talk because they sell CDMA codes ..Here is a Quote about Sprint phones straight from there site " Start with your current, compatible Sprint or other CDMA phone. Purchase a Network Access Code and activate. It’s that easy."" Here is the Url to check http://www.straighttalkbyop.com/

So Beth To see if your phone is Compatible for those wanting it for straight talk, Go to that site i just gave above, and look under the battery on the phone and Put in the IMEI #.. It will tell you right off..

Hello,

To make sure you get the most bids and credits from your listings, please add more information about your item. Details such as make, model number, condition, and any known issues will really help you get more credits. This also reduces the number of questions that your bidders have to ask.

For the best possible results, you should also post a clear, close-up picture of the item in your possession instead of using a stock photo (a commercial photo taken by the manufacturer). We recommend photos of your item powered on, powered off, and of the back and sides. All of the pictures should be taken on the same background. We also highly recommended writing your Listia username on a piece of paper showing it next to your item. Doing so will help bidders know that you really have the item in your possession.

All of this will prevent your listing from getting flagged. The last thing we want is for your listing to get deleted!

Thanks for your cooperation and hope you hit the jackpot with this listing!

Well let me explain when i say Locked or Unlocked.. Ok You said its got sprint service for it right? or that what was last on it? Ok Well was it a Pre paid Plan? Or when you or whom ever used this phone, was it under contract? If it was under contract is the time up on it and is there any out standing bills, reports of being lost etc, That's what people mean when they ask if the ESN is clean.. Now Lock/Unlock...If its Locked that means it is Locked in at this time to only work with sprint service, Unlocked, Means you can call sprint where it was bought from and ask them to UNLOCK the phone, which then gives it Open freedom to take to just about any service provider without a issue.. If i were to Win the Phone i wanna have it Unlocked and take it over to Straight talk.. I just thought id give you a quick tech Guide as to what meant what..

He means a tracking number. It costs a little extra but, it allows people to go on the website via whoever you mail through I.e USPS, ups, FedEx etc and they can track their package until it arrives. It's pretty for safety reasons on both parties. In case it got lost and for proof that it was even sent out.
