This is brand new & it has not been opened. I bought it last week, thinking it would match an outfit,& it does not.

Oh also just a little fyi I think it's illegal to ship nail polish outside of Canada according to some listians, but if you checked and it's ok then it's fine :)

It is not illegal to ground ship nail polish... In order to air mail it you need a license. :)

I think what you might have seen in the cap is the reflection of my camera, or my pink jacket in the bottle cap, which is reflective here, bonnieerika, as this bottle has definitely not been opened .....
