The listing, Madame Alexander Doll 18" beautiful has ended.

One very pretty Madame Alexander doll that is waiting for a new home. She is gorgeous with pretty, shiny dark brown hair. She comes fully dressed, is 18" tall. Has no smells or stains that I have found. Sleep eyes (they were invented by Madame Alexander a long long time ago.) Smoke free pet free. She has about the same size body and feet as an American Girl doll and wears the same size of clothing: for an 18" doll.

They are the same size. I think that the Madame Alexander dolls have a prettier face, but I like the shoes on the AG stuff better myself

My daughter is 11 and she's still all into the American Girl dolls! She has 2 bitty Babies and the Bitty Twins (one boy and one girl)! She and a friend are planning another trip to the Store in GA in a few weeks! They are both gonna buy a Big girl doll! They are so excited!
