Not sure how you want it measured. It is adjustable. The smallest, laced tight, it is about 27" under breasts. I'd guess it would go to about 32" under. I just gained more weight than I thought. 8 moths ago I wore a size 1 and now a size 5/6. Up top got too big!!!

I take that back. It's around the waist part that is the smallest. I just laid it out and measured from end to end at the smallest part.

Yes, I think that is the size it fits and ask any/as many questions you like. I believe it is more like a S/M than a true M

Yes, it does run small. I normally wear a large to exlarge depending on the item. cup size is D plus
