Does this help with wrinkles around the eyes?

To be completely honest, am not sure. Packages doesn't say anything about wrinkles. Back of package reads after cleansing and toning, apply with fingertips to the eye area with a gentle tapping motion. Reapply as needed. Tube says hydration eye cream. So am not sure, sorry! :)

Ok I looked it up and found this site. According to it, it helps with wrinkles. I don't know much about this kind of stuff so am trying to answer the best I can.
