This is perfect to wear over a white tank top. No buttons or zippers just a little tie in the front. Perfect for when you feel you need a little more coverage. I can't read the tag so I took a picture of it (pic 2) if someone wants to let me know what it says then I will update it with the name. It is a medium. I ship free to Canada and the US.
