FREE: VINTAGE 7" CINNAMON HAIRED DOLL IN FANCY GREEK COSTUME

The listing, VINTAGE 7" CINNAMON HAIRED DOLL IN FANCY GREEK COSTUME has ended.

This is another of the dolls I bought at an estate sale about 20 years ago - and promptly forgot I had them.The lady who sold them to me said her mother had collected them.

This doll is probably the same maker as the 13" doll I have up for auction.

Her costume is similar with "coins" and tiny beads, but not quite as detailed due to her size. She has "real" cinnamon colored hair. She is wearing white stockings and like the others, her clothes seem to have been sewn around her.

Her body & arms are molded plastic, with the arms wired at the shoulders so she is somewhat poseable. She is able to stand alone. Her long, cinnamon braids peek out beneath her scarf.

I believe the tag on her hand says "Handmade in Greece" although the 'han' is not visible.

Be sure to enlarge the photos! Her head is the same composition(?) fabric over ??? with painted features.

Like the others she could use a good dusting/cleaning as she's been laying in a paper bag for about 20 years.
