Very lovely jeweled blingy picture holder. holds 2 small photos or can leave empty. The bottom is weighted so does not tip over easily. The plastic gems are green purple, and pink. I have not seen one like this before. Another great garage sale find. It is 9" high and approx. 7 " wide. There are no missing gems and appears to be in perfect condition. Would look pretty sitting in the sun.
