sorry bout the finger print smudges on it in the pic, it is in the box, never been used, plain silver, has the warranty paperwork in the box as well, i have too many zippos floating around, and with a world full of lighter clepto's, i just don't use zippos anymore because i will just get jacked for it within 24 hours! i'd rather auction it off for some points! yes the wick is still white, yes it has a new flint in it, and no it doesnt come with a bottle of fluid...i dont want to end up in guantanamo bay being held unconstitutionally without being charged for suspicion of terror for an indefinite period of time for sending flamable substances in plain packaging through the mail...thanks to your stupid president obama and his unconstitutional patriot act...hope you feel safe when goons /thought police kick your door in and taze you out your jammies in the midnight hour for having thoughts and opinions...

It's not illegal to ship flammable liquids through the USPS. It's illegal to do it without telling them. They will ship it just fine, it just has to be marked hazardous so it goes via ground transportation only. The reason they can't allow flammable liquids has nothing to do with terrorism, it is beause they can't risk it being shipped on a plane and has been the law since the 70s. Most cargo planes and cargo areas of commercial air lines, both ways USPS mail travels, are not climate controlled and can get very cold and hot and flammable liquids can reach their flash point.

All you have to do is let them know when you ship it and they can mark it and send it accordingly. Sometimes there is a slight extra charge. Mainly it just takes longer since it can only go ground.

you never know these days...the constitution has been the law of the land since september 25th 1789, but that doesnt matter to obama..your rights to freedom of speech...gone, your right to speedy trial...gone...your right to be secure in your person, properties and papers...gone...one stupid president, and your civil rights are shot, the constitution, and your bill of rights, have more holes than an afghan because of president obama, i can only hope the next president is wise enough to undo all the unconstitutional and unlawful things that stupid un-american barrack obama has done to this country, and my freedom and yours! patriot act...more like act of a traitor...treason!

soooo.... a rental truck full of fertilizer is cool, but a bottle of lighter fluid on a plane is not...cool, i feel safe now! gee i was gonna suggest something stupid, like....install climate control equipment on planes....you can take on the world with a box cutter, but you better not protect your home with an ar-15...i geuss if i were in a cave..in a land far far away...on dialysis...i could plan and get away with anything...how much sense does any of that line of crud americans have been fed really make? can you make a decision, without your television?

i was joking about the fluid, i know the rules on shipping, i do wander why they don't install climate control on cargo planes that ship mail though...maybe there is a good reason that i am not aware of though....i really don't like obama though...any reason why i should?
