These are brand new and still in package. Teardrop pendant with 4 dark blue rhinstones and 12 matte light blue stones. Necklace measures about 15" with a 3 inch extender. Earrings are post with blue matte stones.Shipping cost accepted in postal money order or well concealed cash of 2.00
