Do you ship thru paypal? because delivery confirmation is only .19 cents thru paypal.. this should not cost 8.00 to ship.. Does the shirt weigh more than 13 oz? ( first class) Priority mail flat rate box is only 4.90 and Delivery confirmation is free thru paypal..
