The listing, Emerson Digital Video Camera has ended.

The box was opened and I tested the camera to make sure it works. It displays in 720p hd. It can be used for many things. It has the 3 AAA batteries already insertedikn the proper place. It does not include the SD card you need. There is a black scratch where you open the camera to turn on the camera because at first it was hard to open and had to open with a tool. It is back in the original box and includes everything you need to get it working even the manual.

that is an estimate cost not an exact cost. So yes it is the minimum. It depends on the box size and the location. May I have the location( city and zip) to calculate the amount of shipping you would have to pay?
