This is an iron-on transfer that is pre-shaded. Just add fabric paint. You can paint entire design, just add highlights or wear unpainted. Pre-shaded areas can be seen through any transparent fabric paint including Dizzle Tints, Soft Paint or other fabric paints if diluted.
