I still ship even if you in Tucson. I tried Local Pick up before and the person never came and blammed it on me. So I still ship, but if you win because you are in Tucson it will get to you faster and be less cost. Good Luck!!!! Remember bid bid bid to get 3 fabulous surpises added!!!!!

aren't supported by the Shipping and Handling Costs section on the Rules page and the Credit Refunds section on the About page.

I am using the same terms as other Listia members. I got my terms from another long time user of Listia. And changed my shipping dates and the part where I have dogs and am a smoker. As for the 2 terms you have listed and complained about, I am not responsible for the iteam being stolen off the door step or mail box. I put traking on all of my iteams and once it says delivered it is out of my hands. As for the credit refund becasue of traking I will not refund after it says delivered. If there is a issues Listia, myself and the winner will figure out what is best.
