The listing, Lovely Vintage Faux Pearl Brooch has ended.

This is a lovely piece of vintage costume jewellery...

Something old to pin on a bridal bouquet? Or something nice to keep a knitted scarf or snood together when winter comes?

This pretty sunburst brooch is approximately 1.5" in diametre. I'm not sure how old it is, but I'm confident that it does have some age, given that the adhesive used to attach the replica pearls has turned somewhat orange.

The piece is gold plated although there are no stamps.

That is how I purchased it. It's not bronze nor copper nor is it of any carat. Not everything ever gets stamped. This is plated but plated what I do not know.
