Description

The listing, (4) Canna lily's live plants has ended.

Our auction today is for 4 live canna lilys, we keep them growing in the ground until the end of the auction,We have in color red, yellow, and a yellow orange mix, this auction may include a combination of colors. they get trimed for packaging and the roots will be left on. The canna is a type of flowering plant. It is also commonly known as the canna lily, despite the fact that it isn't truly a lily. The plant is found in both subtropical and tropical regions, although many cultivars have been developed in temperate areas around the world.Cannas are notable for their foliage. The plants have large leaves that resemble paddles. They come in blue-green, green and some are even striped. The flowers of the canna resemble lilies and are tubular. They come in colors and combinations of orange, yellow, pink and red. They are borne on high stalks that emerge from the foliage. The canna plant thrives in full sun with soil that is sandy or rich, and well-drained. Moderate levels of water are necessary. Cannas are cultivated from perennial rhizomes but are often grown as annuals in temperate areas (this gives the plants a more tropical and exotic appearance). Thanks, for stopping by! Hi, when we are getting ready for shipping we will take a large plant and Orion the vegetation down for packaging, we leave all (95%) of the roots and any extra toobers are freebies. When they come in the mail and get planted you will have growth of new leaves in about a weeks time, by the end of the month you should almost have the plant to its original size. Hope this helps, thanks

I'm looking for the chocolate or deep red leaves; could I get those?

Sure wish I had those. You must mean the really tall ones? Purplish brown leaves? Our neighbor has some and I am planning a trade :) but at the moment we have the 3 colors, with green vegetation.

Reading the question above, do we get a choice of colors? Also, my elephant ears from last year are coming up nicely; since they were small I put them all in a long planter; they spent the winter in the garages and now are out in the rains and sun and doing nicely. Still don't believe they will bloom, but hope so!!!!!!

Hi, I could sure try to get a specific color for you, some of our plants are blooming and some have not yet, they are all mature plants, happy and healthy, I just didn't want to promise a specific color. I have a few of the orange yellow mix now in bloom and I could definitely make sure those are there, but we are waiting on the yellow, and red to open up.
