they would fit I would say a 7 to a 9 but not sure
They do measure 9 inches inside

I really have to be honest and say I am not sure but I see no way of tightening them for her. .A regular adult 7 they would fit, but a girls' 7 I highly doubt it they would probably just keep falling off, but I really appreciate you asking and looking. I fanned you Welcome to Listia
