hello,just would like to know if this is painted on the glass or is the glass green all the way throw?

as far as I can tell its green all the way through. Its got a frosted glass look and a few scratches on the surface so I tried to scratch any paint off where the surface scratches are already there and nothing comes off so I am pretty sure the glass is the green color
