Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade from Vista Home Premium. Laptop only. 2 discs and the instructions are included. Valid Product Key is on the back of the envelope.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU BID!
1.) I will not lower the days. I put all my auctions at 10 days to give everyone a chance to see the item and gather up more credits.
2.) I will not change my starting bid. My Starting bids always range from 100-499 never any higher.
3.) I will offer a GIN if it is reasonable and you contact me or comment before a bid has been places. Keep in mind the minimum you can do a GIN is 2000 and that Listia get 10% of the credits.
4.) I will not change my shipping options. If the item has shipping it will stay that way I can't afford to ship everything free. The only items that I usually ship Free are ones that fit in a regular letter envelope. Occasionally I will ship other items free though.
5.) Make sure you have a Listia Verified Address.
6.) If you have a issue with me or the item please contact me first before going through Listia to issue a Refund so we can possibly works things out.
7.) I Prefer PayPal for shipping but will if need be accept Concealed Cash "NO MONEY ORDERS or CHECKS". Message me upon the end of the auction which option you would like to do.
8.) My 1 Negative & 3 Neutral Feedback are from people who refused to pay shipping and left me poor feedback.

I have no idea to be honest. I just know when I tried it on a desktop it said something like sorry this is only compatible for laptops.

HP sent me this disc to update my laptop back in 2009 because I had bought it only 3 weeks before 7 was getting released. So somehow they have some binary code I assume that it only works with laptops. It does work with other brands other than HP though. Sadly my laptops motherboard fried right after I got it so the activation still works.

Honestly I have no idea. I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work but according to the instructions that's what it says is Vista to Windows 7

I was told by HP that it'll work with other laptops other than HP. It it truly does work I cannot say as I have not tested it myself.

Also It wasn't made to go with a specific serial number or anything so that's how I know it'll work on other laptops. My laptops since my one this was sent for have all been on Windows 7 or Windows 8 so there has been a need for it.
