The listing, Dressy Women's top 2X has ended.

Very Nice Dressy women's top sleeves are see thru ( only the sleeves) has a layered look black and which pattern and it is pleated in two rows in the front( I don't know if pleated is the correct description but it is sewn together in two lines down the front I know sounds wierd but its not it's too cute)... This is a very nice light dressy top wish I could get better pictures... Any questions just ask!!!

its about 26 and 1/2 inches and I would not say it runs small it would fit a variety of sizes by the way it is made I would think it would fit a 1X fine because of how it is made but it also has some stretch to it and I am now a 3X and it still fits me and looks good I just have too many clothes right now .... it has a solid layer under the see thru layer then they are sewn together and both layers have some stretch so it fits smaller and larger than its true 2X size
