GENERAL SYNOPSIS: Near the end of WWII, the Nazi regime created three "Death Camps" in Eastern Poland; one of these was at Sobibor. People were sent to Sobibor for only one purpose - DEATH! A small group of prisoners were kept back from the gas chambers to work the camp under control of Nazi guards. Pushed to the limit of human endurance, they found a way to fight back. They planned and executed the largest escape of prisoners from a concentration camp during WWII.
