Recently went to FIOS so this is in great shape & now excess. No tape, no cassette! Easy to use and the following pdf gives info all about it if you win it:

Both original cords included. Uses a power source(plug in) and attaches to your phone. Easy to use, listen to and to make greetings. Has a voice, date,time stamps too so you know when a message has been given and how old it is. Good volume control for easier listening. Nice LED display of how many messages you have. Nothing wrong with this, just now excess as we have a system much different! Super in office, college rooms, wherever your phone is!
