Salsify Root Vegetable - 15 seeds

VERY easy to grow!
THESE ARE SO YUMMY! Around me they go for about $10 plus a pound at farmers markets!
They are similar to potatoes in application and very versatile.

R U KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!! WE HAVE THESE GROWING WILD ALL OVER HERE I was always told they were weeds after seeing the flowers my jaw about hit the floor!!!! WOW SO GLAD i SAW THIS! I will have to tell my friend she has them all over her property and was told the same thing.

the ink didn't work so I just typed in salsify flowers and several look like what we have growing wild here and to roots look the same I will have to investigate further on this to be sure trust me I don't eat ANYTHING unless I am sure what it is but I am in some research groups thru the university maybe they can check them out to be sure that is what they are but thank you so much for your information gives me something new to occupy my mind away from my constant pain :)
