Are the wrist area still elasticity or have they been over stretched?

I am so sorry. Every time I go to get the Hoodie, I am distracted by 3 other things & forget to answer. I just looked at it and the banded cuffs & hem are Not Stretched Out & Loose. Neither are they "tightly" banded as to be uncomfortable.
Cuffs are in Excellent shape and a bit looser than brand new. But not worn out & too loose. Thanks for your interest. I apologize again for my delay in replying.
