This watch comes brand new, in the box, complete with instructions. It is 'Mudder' brand. I got this watch from Amazon. I originally thought it was for women, but it's for men- and it's just a bit too bulky for me. Only worn once. In brand new condition.

The watch is black in color with bright yellow buttons and a digital screen. The front screen shows the time and date. You also program in your weight and age- which helps the watch accurately calculate your calorie count. The watch has enough holes in the wrist strap to fit both men and women. It fit my wrist very snug. It was just a bit too heavy for my liking. It also fits my honey's wrist- and he has a very large wrist!

The watch has 4 different modes. On the main mode it tells time and date. There is a timer mode, with a stopwatch. There is a heart-rate mode where you use a touch-screen finger sensor on the side of the watch to take your heart-rate (takes about 15 seconds). And then there's a calorie-counter mode that you can turn on while you excersize to determine the amount of calories you've burned.

The watch is waterproof, but does not have a light-up screen. It's super durable and made of great material. If my honey didn't already have a watch- he'd certainly have worn this one!
