it's hard to say...
✴I guess my best explanation would be:

✨➡ the beads are a kind of light tin or metal material-
(they make like a light jingle sound-almost as light as shells would make)
➰also, they look as though they may have been hand-"sponge" painted the colors: turquoise & coral.

〽Strung on to: a gold colored (chain-link) chain..
affixed with a very unique (& sturdy) clasp.
