They are a silver color I do not know what kind of metal or anything about them I only wear post earrings. I do know she doesn't usually buy the cheapest jewelry,with that being said I don't want to miss lead anyone so here it is... I don't know is she bought them or if someone else bought them and gave them to her ,it is possible she regifted,I don't know .

I think they are 1 3/4 - 1 7/8 in I measured them before I took pic tried to add more pics but couldn't
