you can grow them out side if your in 8 - 11 other zones will want them in planter s so you can take them in side for the winter.

most likely not since they will be fresh cut on the day i ship them but takes no times at all for them to root and send out new shoots

as with all epiphyllum cuttings, Dragon fruit should be allowed to dry and callus over before planting. root rot can be a problem with wet soil, so just keep moist and well drained
