Great software by MySoftware/Avanquest for small business or organization from 2011. With Bookkeeper accounting software, you can do a lot:

Write checks, pay bills, manage payroll, create invoices and estimates, schedule monthly transactions, track sales tax and payments, track inventory and generate reports. Box says it will also process credit and debit cards and ATM transactions when Magtek card reader (hardware) is hooked up (not included).

Requires XP, Vista or W7 with 130 MB free disk space.

I installed it but never used it, as it is a lot more sophistication than I need. Can't answer many questions about it, so please see photos for more information, or research it online! What you see is what you get!
