Measuring portion sizes is a good way to see suggested serving sizes, even if you are not a weight watcher. This scale seems to be all there, but I only have what is pictured, so if any pieces are missing, I don't know about it. It seems to be in working order, but needs cleaning. I have had it for several years, but am now cleaning out my closets. I am sure shipping will be more than the $6. If less, I will refund the difference.
