It was huge in the 90's lol it was a slime like stuff they had sentend gak to it was a product from Nickelodeon

It looks a lot like the same stuff I loved it when I was a kid lol it was slimey but still a lot of fun. I'll be bidding on this one and the glow in the dark balls one :-) I know that's something my kids will love to do
