This is a cute black and white skirt with a zipper back and elastic waist. This skirt has been altered, and there is no brand tag. It is cotton with black lace and ribbons. Very feminine! Fits sizes S-M due to elastic waist.

This was originally a women's size medium skirt. The waist has been replaced with elastic, so it will fit a small to medium. Thank you for asking!
