Vocaloid is extremely popular. To explain it shortly, they ate computer programs with human voices and personas. So where did you get this wallet? never seen one like this before

Around Christmas time at the mall in my area there is an Anime store and they had these "Mystery Bags" I couldn't help myself and bought one, this was one of the items inside, and I had the same issue I looked for another one like this on eBay, Amazon and a google search and I didn't find anything! Pretty weird but kinda cool if this is "rare" or something hehe.

by the look of the packaging it could be a cheaply made wallet. however, its very nice looking. Listia has its anime and vocaloid junkies, so dont be afraid to make a huge GIN. it turns to a bidding war blood bath for these kinds of auctions.
