This is Brand new. It can also be used for regular dieters- but was handed out thru the gastric by pass support groups. It is not 'dated'... you add them yourself. It helps you keep up with your daily water intake, your vitamins, your exercise, Protein intake etc. It includes 'stickers' to put on the calendar (enclosed) to remind you of Dr Appts & Support Groups. Each page also has a place to 'journal' your day. How you feel, if something made you sick, or to jot down questions to ask the Dr or support group. There is also a chart to keep track of your weight loss & BMI.
