Sorry I cannot do a GIN. I cannot lower the shipping fee as the postal rates went up in January! I will probaly end up having to pay more for the shipping then what I am asking!!

I don't have a GIN on my actions bc there is a charge to do GINs. Sorry I can't afford to go down on my shipping as of the first of the year postal rated have gone up and I am probably going to spend more than $4.99 for the shipping as it is.
