Very pretty Oval Shaped Amethyst Stone With Seven Small Round Diamond on each side of the Amethyst. So there are a total of 14 small round diamonds and 1 Amethyst set in a silver ring. This ring has no markings on it so I assume it is not real silver,but is still very pretty.

Sorry for the delay in responding I did'nt know the size but thanks to Ask.com and from what Ive been told it measures 2 1/16 inch which is a size 6 ring according to Ask.com.Thanks for the great question's!
