I'm not really for sure, it was done with a permanent marker, it was that way when I bought it, I will try and see if I can get it off

Disc condition? And is writing on the dvd case, or insert?

Has a few small scratches but I play all my movies before I list them to make sure there is no skips or anything, it still plays like new, and the writing is on the actual case but a good listian told me how to get it off so I'm am going to try and get it cleaned up before shipping
