Modle # is SMPK8854B, 4 GB , Has a slot for SD Card, It does play music and video, It stores pics if you put them on it from your PC, you can hear it with out headphones, USB Charger cord is also how you transfer music/videos/pics on to it, and no I am sorry but it doesn't have wifi.
