Auction is for 2 large balls, 6.4 oz total, of this lovely, soft yarn. Since I got this at a thrift shop, I don't know content for sure but it feels to me like a polyester or other man-made fiber. I also do not know care instructions for sure. I would say that the weight category is 2 or 3, Sport Weight or DK weight.
