You will be receiving the item with the USB cord included, however there will be no case or games along with it.

As far as I know there are codes for Mario games, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It may have been erased (this was given to me by a friend) but those are the only possibilities. You can download codes for many different DS games online for free by using the USB cable.
